Description 

:: Training for leaders aiming coaching skills development, formatted based on methodology from internationally recognized standard, as representative of Coaching4Today´s Leaders -USA (C4TL).

:: Concept of abilities and facilitation of these abilities development process (concepts + time for practical application + collective check-up).  

Target Public 

:: Group of individuals who wish to improve their leadership.

Format

:: Up to 24 participants.

:: 16h of onsite training.

:: 2 or 3 months of one-hour biweekly online meetings to check progress and new concepts (4 or 6 meetings)

:: Punctual meetings of coaching to deepen the competences.

:: Certificate of 8h recognized by the International Coach Federation, issued by C4TL.

:: Certificate of 20h or 22h issued by R122.

:: Alternative option: interactive lecture of up to 5h.
